I am a user experience and human factors professional with over 15 years of experience and a strong background in DevOps & Agile practices. As a creative and innovative problem solver with excellent communication skills, I consistently successfully pivot to changing priorities and business needs in deadline-oriented environments, all while putting end-user needs front and center. My work ranges from leading UX / human factors on various high impact programs to managing operations and budget responsibilities, as well as training and coaching DevOps, Agile, UX and Design Thinking to hundreds of colleagues.
I reside in Tempe, Arizona with my two boys and enjoy yoga, swimming, hiking, cooking, writing, and spending time with family and friends.
